Dosage for anxiety:

As each person is different for each substance, it is not possible to define a single dose for each condition. For anxious people, it is recommended to start with a minimum dose, and improve until reaching the perfect dose. CBD oil is best absorbed sublingually. This means that it is dripped from under the tongue and lets it act for a minute. The reason: The ingredients work better absorbed by the lining of the mouth than by the stomach and antestination.

For some patients, low doses like 1 - 2 drops of CBD oil a day are enough, while others need twice as much or more.

In a study published in 2019 that looked at the effects of CBD to improve sleep and reduce fears, in which 72 people participated, of whom 47 suffered from fears and 25 with disturbed sleep. All received 25mg of CBD per day in capsules. In the first month, 79.2% of patients reported less fear and 66.7% reported improvements in sleep.
